Until we found them, our IT situation was a disaster — piecemeal solutions, no real data backup, a server that didn't work for our needs, etc. etc. Since starting our relationship with Mac Pros in 2011 our IT has been seamless. We have a server that works for our business — both in the US and in the UK (we divide our time between these two locations). Our servers talk to each other so we always have access to all of our files no matter which country we are in. Mac Pros is always responsive, available to solve any problems that arise.
